something fishy

I was doing some research on NRG Capital Pty Ltd and have been coming up on a brick wall. There's nothing about them on the net, eg google, etc.

The Second Administrators Report included NRG Capital's DOCA submission.

So I looked up their ACN on the government website (www.abr.business.gov.au), nothing, it doesn't exist. I search for NRG Capital Pty Lty, again nothing. White Pages, nothing. Google Maps to check the address given, a single story building formerly leased by a cosmetic surgeon (a check of the white pages shows the clinic has moved up the street).

I rang their phone number from the DOCA submission expecting it to go to an answering machine given it is Saturday. Phone was answered by some guy, he didn't identify himself, I asked for NRG Capital, he'd never heard of them.
