Urrgh it just gets worse when I read stuff like that :(

I first bought DMC mining ( DMM ) back in May 2008 for 70c. Along comes Tony Sage and our directors sell us out for 53c! ( $46Mil )

T/S then sells DMC to Stirling for $83Mil and retains exposure to the Mayoko Iron Ore Project (African Iron) and now on sells his stake AGAIN to make another fortune! I never gave in my shares to his crap T/O offer for DMC and held out till compulsorily acquisition.

Its enough to make a grown man cry when you see directors sell out their shareholders, just so they can get rich quick from all the free options they grant themselves at AGM's!

I'll steer clear of any company with David Sumich on its board!
