It made me recall a 2012 video presentation during which PW spoke of disease targets saying "currently these smart drugs (monoclonal antibodies, proteins and peptides) can't get into cells and yet 90% of potential drug targets (disease associated proteins) are inside cells. So the problem is the new drugs can't get into cells, and the old drugs, which are conventional small molecules can only access about 10% of proteins inside cells. So if one could crack open the cells and get smart drugs into cells, there's a huge array of targets that one could hit. So it massively expands what's known as the drug-able landscape."
