    Hi Doc and LongPier
    I am an accountant of 30 plus years myself but when it comes to tax I rely on my tax accountant who I rate very highly. So it will be interesting to hear what shareholders have to say when they run this past their tax accountants.

    Highly recommend anyone wishing to convert options to paid up shares gets an opinion from their tax accountant before they do anything.
