There is something weird going on with PLA over the past couple weeks. I think it might be in play at the moment as there is a lot of stealth accumulation going on. I am not sure if it is fund managers trying to rebuild a holding or a company building a holding for a potential takeover, but a lot of stock is being accumulated in a way as to not alert the market through irregular mutable bidding. If it is true, we’ll get an announcement soon. Very interesting….
