NGY have just done a rights issue/capital raising at 12 cents for one share and one free option. Now people are prepared to pay 12.5 or 13 cents when the only asset of the company is cash in the bank.
There must be a deal in the pipeline. and if people are paying up to 13 cents at the moment then the deal must be ok.
