Hi my fellow Australians,
just awaking early morning in Germany and what a bright day. Where You downunder see dark clouds in the company's sky I see a gorgeous sunrise in the dawn of a new time.

As a consulting mineralogist and specialised in benefication of ore minerals I appreciate management's decision very much.
Very often I suggested special more modern systems for the grinding operations at the mine site to improve concentration. Operating the right milling system improves the flotation process and leads to a concentrate enriched in Rare Earth.
Less transportation, compact process focused on Rare Earth oxides, less capex and less opex in a near future.
Yes there is some more work needed to establish the new process. Why spending 50% of capex for 10% of revenues? It's the right decision to concentrate on 90% of revenue from Rare Earth and reduce capex by let's assume 50% at the same time.

Even not knowing what they are really up to from now on, I consider this move a really big step forward and don't listen to the roar in the pubs, start thinking and think long. If I were a banker I would support this management with a loan immediately.
