I am not sure whether REE price will come down, because REE mining is not like iron ore, gold etc. It will take 10 yrs for new mine to setup, so other REE explorers (NTU) will experience similar problem.
I would consider buy back shares after sold out when the price was very strong. However, I am worry about Greece at this stage.
