I'm not saying they should give up on the remaining dealers, but they have 50% of dealers already signed up and the future is cross sell. It makes sense to go after those dealers already signed up aggressively. Once they see the benefit of using the x-sell products to their business it will be easier, imo, to go after remaining dealers.
I don't think the revenue opportunity, and how quickly it could come on line is fully appreciated. Assume classified revenue was flat in January on the pcp, and x-sell represented 38% of revenue per today's announcement. That's a 60% revenue increase on the pcp.
