Some new shares have been issued to CSI's. Doesn't appear that money has changed hands for the new shares. It looks to be more of a house keeping thing, perhaps rounding numbers? Not sure. I remember a lot of talk about the structure of their share holdings in the CAG papers. Certainly interesting but could just as easily be nothing to it.
