Agree with Knuckle in as much as cash flow is going to be a potential stumbling block for this company and that some sort of favourable news is vital in order to push price up and improve the prospects of a capital raising.
If we ignore the fundamental picture for a few moments and look purely at the technical picture it appears that AZS is setting itself up for a break above 0.067 (albeit on somewhat small volumes). Moving Averages appear to support another leg up however I would want to see some more volume come through and a close above 0.067 before high fiving anyone.
I understand the strategy of La Tortuga in terms of using JV money to drill and conserve cash however I would have thought some sort of drill program on Promontorio would have been a safer bet in pushing the price up. I'd have thought that potential extension of resource and NPV improvement would position the company well for a share price increase and subsequent capital raising.
Could go either way at this stage I think.
