If you ask me YES!! What's going on is that Tom Dukovcic and the board of ATN are treating shareholders, the owners of the Co that employ them with utter contempt.

I have personal email proof that TD is full of it.
I don't wish to elaborate too much further, but its' all ready been spoken of on here about release of results etc. I would have thoguht blatant failure to adhere to continuous disclosure.

All forgiven should they pull something miraculous out of the bag.

Not even sure why I am still holding, merely for the curiosity and entertainment value I think.
