NGE, on the 7-9-2010, announced that an H.O.A. had been concluded with Talisman, that among other things, approx. 22kms. of seismic on the Sepalosiphon area would be concluded by 30-11-2010..ONLY 14 days away!!!!
NGE also reported that a well would be spudded no later than 31-1-2011..One day later and February is upon us...
With operating conditions as they are in PNG, at any time, I will be agreeably surprised if even the TIMETABLE, as opposed to the SCHEDULE, that I postulated, is achieved..
Do you seriously believe that your TIMETABLE will be met?
