IIRC net asset backing wld be about mid 30's ex dividend. that's where it should trade, may trade higher with hopes of a takeover, tho yesterday's announcement has reduced that likelihood.

but who knows in this market.

almost fell about laughing at some of the guys on your money your call trying to give a fundie view of this stock when they didn't have a clue what the company did, "you have to be careful investing in this company as their EPS has been falling for the last 2 years" - of course it is - it's a closed book!!! oh well.
