Patch 47
All approvals have now been granted to process (at Radio Hill) a 4,500 tonne bulk sample from 47K Patch to determine the overall “grams per tonne” of gold from the conglomerate/paleoplacer
Whundo Mine (Copper/Zinc/Cobalt): • An extensive RC and diamond drilling programme has been completed to expand historic Mineral Resources and a new JORC 2012 compliant Mineral Resource estimate is targeted for May 2018. • Open pit designs targeted for July 2018. Mining could commence as early as July this year
Carlow Castle (Cobalt/Copper/Gold): • JORC 2012 compliant Indicated and Inferred Mineral Resource estimates (at 0.05% Co cut-off grade) increased to 2.3 Mt @ 1.3 g/t Au, 0.11% Co, 0.5% Cu & 1.6 g/t Ag within a global resource of 4.5 Mt @ 0.9g/t Au, 0.07% Co, 0.4% Cu & 1.3 g/t Ag. • Positive pit optimisation outcome on project. • Deposits remain open and optimisation work confirmed that there is significant scope for expansion with additional drilling. • RC and diamond drilling are continuing with the aim of extending the deposit geometry.
Novo Conglomerate JV (Gold): • Basal conglomerate bulk sampling from Purdy’s Reward returned gold grades including 87.7g/t, 46.1g/t, 17.7 g/t, 15.7 g/t and 10.6g/t. • Basement (Dolerite) bulk sampling, at Purdy’s Reward below the conglomerates, returned gold grades up to 4.1 g/t. • Bulk sample size has now increased to ~6 tonnes per sample from typically ~300 kg per sample. • 178.82 km2 consisting of four tenements (E47/3720, E47/3721, E47/3722, E47/3723) around Pyramid Station have been granted to KML No2 Pty Ltd (Artemis’s 100% subsidiary) and these are now wrapped into the existing Novo Resources JV for conglomerate/paleoplacer gold only. ---
Ruth Well
37 RC drill holes (2,799 metres) and 1 diamond drill hole (90 metres) have been drilled at Ruth Well and results are pending.
Further drilling will be undertaken as soon as POWs are approved by DMIRS and a heritage survey is completed.
DHTEM to be used on all drill holes to validate and search for off hole conductors. Based on drilling success on any of the new targets, additional deeper searching FLTEM will be utilised over the greater project area where GSEM has identified numerous other targets and trends.
Radio Hill
Diamond drilling is ongoing at Radio Hill due to more ore being intersected and a new JORC 2012 compliant Mineral Resource estimate is due in May 2018. • Final open pit designs targeted for the end of May 2018. • Mining commencement targeted for July 2018.
Comet WellWest
Artemis Resources Limited (“Artemis” or “the Company”) (ASX: ARV) advises that it has submitted a wide ranging Programme of Works (“POW”) with the Western Australian Government’s Department of Mines, Industry, Regulation and Safety (“DMIRS”) to start an extensive drilling, trenching and bulk sampling programme immediately west of Novo Resource Corp’s (“Novo”) Comet Well Project. In addition, Artemis also provides and update on gold nuggets recovered from the current ground rehabilitation works underway at 47K Patch.
The POW’s consist of: • 1,500 Rotary Blast (“RAB”) drill holes • 1,300 metres of trenching • 9,000 tonnes of ground disturbance with excess tonnage
Silica Hills dying to hear something from
Approved POW’s for Silica Hills currently:
1. POW 68872, was approved on November 8, 2017. Test pits (2m x 2m x 2m) over M47/177 (90 test pits, spaced 25m apart) and E47/1746 (80 test pits, spaced 100m apart). 2. POW 62538, is approved for access track refurbishment on M47/288, M47/177 and E47/1746. 3. POW 61308 was approved in December 2016, and allows for 71 RAB/Aircore drill holes on M47/177 (depth of 10m, spacing of 20m, disturbance area of 0.71ha), and for 75

RAB/Aircore drill holes on M47/288 (depth of 10m, spacing of 20m, disturbance area of 0.75ha) 4. POW 58446 allows for a total of six trenches over M47/177 and M47/288, as approved in April 2016. Splitting the trenches over the two tenements, means we have disturbed tonnage allowances of 1560t (and 0.08ha) on M47/177 and 2040t (and 0.10ha) on M47/288
The approved POW 68872, for Silica Hills consists of pitting on a 25 metre by 25 metre grid pattern over the north-eastern portion of M47/177 and on to the adjacent E47/1746 at 100m by 100m spacing, Figure 3. The pits are planned to have nominal 2m by 2m by 2m dimensions to reach basement and enable safe channel sampling conditions of the pit walls.
The work is intended to assist with understanding the gold distribution and structural orientation within quartz vein systems, which will assist in the design of a Reverse Circulation (RC) drill programme. A request for a heritage survey has also been submitted to Ngarluma Aboriginal Corporation. The intended target areas for ground disturbing activities are within areas not previously explored or disturbed by previous operators.
Mt OscarWits Conglomerate Gold Confirmed Over 14km -Karratha, Western Australia-
• Anomalous gold mineralisation now confirmed over 14km strike length. • Conglomerate rock chip samples up to 15.3 g/t Au and stream sediments up to 1.37 g/t Au. • Six new strongly anomalous gold areas have now been mapped in detail over a 5km strike length associated with conglomerates below the Mt Roe Basalts. • Geological mapping shows continuity of prospective conglomerate units. • Mt OscarWits is 100% owned by Artemis, and is not included in the Novo Resources Corp. farm-in and Joint Venture arrangements.
. Highest rock chip assay result in conglomerates from Landau returned 15.3 g/t Au. Work in this area is ongoing.
