As I understand it the expected timeline for resolving the current reliability issues was provided in their January update announcement as

"In Q3 FY22, BluGlass will continue to optimise its laser diodes development and solve its reliability challenges ahead of launching the Company’s first commercial laser diode products. There is significant unmet demand in the market and the Company has confirmed strong customer interest with prospective customers and collaborative partners"

To me this says that they expect to resolve the reliability issues by 31 March 2022 - since it's not yet been achieved I guess there could be some slippage; we will not know until 31 March. Since the competition have no doubt resolved these issues (and Jim Haden was a party to their resolution) I would have thought (at this stage) they should be given the benefit of the doubt (this is not a Giles Osborne statement). Since this is still "development" I would expect some slippage but they do appear to be addressing the problem with some urgency.
