It is time to change the head of thread and not only that.To my view the word "unfair " does not really go with Diamond unless it is intended when it refers with his salary. When he will act as professional m.d. keeping all s.h. uptodate at all time without being vague
and/or properly follow up his sometime exiting announcements instead of ignoring when the "around the corners " are still
very far away. More consideration to his reputation will be when he will also commit in buying some share of the company he is managing
