    Agree with the sentiment, but for a non marketed company they did raise $22 mil (33 million shares) and was two times over subscribed.

    Meaning that additional 33 million shares was left unfulfilled.

    I am sure that the key players that got the 0.68 placement are using that weighting to suppress the price at current levels to satisfy the original demand.
