Well Hitler was still awarding Iron Crosses in April 1945 so I cannot see any reasoning why Mac Bankers cannot be giving out bonuses as the Russians arrive on the Reichstags front doorstep.
Any stock trading at ten percent variables on its market capitalisation intraday as the norm, is far from stable and well managed, in my honest humble opinion.
