Putting it simply Lionsgold doesn't offer SBL anything in terms of value adding other than dilution for SBL shareholders in returns from any and exchange rate risk...
Forget the attempt at spin put out in the release to try and justify this low ball deal....this is a mob that got into mining less than a year ago and have bugger all cash (so they won't be throwing any more funds at SBL to advance exploration other than using SBL production cashflows to do this).
All a complete con in my opinion....
