    Dilution Dilution Dilution...you get the equivalent value of 2 cents per share in Lionsgold shares...hence any upside gets shared with a stack of other Lionsgold shareholders (who have got the benefit of your asset at bargain prices)...

    And then it is really questionable as to how much value Lionsgold are offering..I mean they don't exactly have much cash so why do we need a mob that has only got into mining less than a year ago...

    The reality is Lionsgold don't really offer much to SBL it is more the value of getting an asset that is about to enter into commercial production on the cheap for them...why they are getting this great deal....ask our wonderful directors who have sold an asset at the bottom of the market downturn, absence of reporting any information (drill results anyone) and when they clearly have enough cash whilst they enter commercial production...

    For me it seems they have made an effort to take advantage of selling an asset as cheap as possible in this sort of environment - why would you sell now???
