I read it muscleman and I've come away more bullish from these levels, no wonder this one was crushed so much with that kind of back story and the extreme capitulation in the micro cap space at the same time.
NMT ($250 mill company) will own 40% of the vehicle, this is a massive de risking of the vehicle! HNR has funded itself and we are part of NMT's deversification into other Lithium regions, what's not to like about that.
HNR is now a key player again in a strong base metal precinct in Australia just as the cycle turns up.
All this was acheived despite a dispute with Avalon Minerals over $1 mill. You would be surprised how many share mkt minnows are in somekind of dispute or other given the poorly worded legal documentation at this end of the mkt, nothing unusual at all.
