If you read the article from Climate Spectator it notes that there are some geothermal companies holding $7 million grants who are looking for the matching funds before they can commit to drilling. Could CKK be a 'contributor' to drilling a geothermal well by providing a discount against their 'normal' drilling costs and that way earn an interest in the geothermal wells. As it is becoming obvious that the going rate for drilling to 4000 mts is something like $15million, Coretrack might be able to offer to get there for $12 and kick then provide a 50% discount on the first hole - still brings in $1500 per metre - which if you can average 10 metres an hour is looking like real money. The possibilities are endless, however I also agree with earlier poster - the drill needs to drill - as far as it can, somewhere soon - to show the world how far it can. Finally, do you think investors in the geothermal companies are not now looking at CKK and thinking about the guys who sold shovels in the gold rush of the 1880s and made a fortune. Some of the recent buying could be people trying to get in on the side of the shovels.
