I can definitely say it is NOT a pump and dump situation as for the past couple of days relatively large buying parcels of 100-200K has pushed the price up.

I have been monitoring the stock for a year after selling a large holding (accumulated over several months) a year ago.

Yesterday I noted significant increase in the trading volumes and it was a reason to enter the stock at 20c even based on the technical's I expected some resistance at 20c.

I think next target is 25c. This is the previous spike 4 months ago also this point located on the resistance boundary of the top band in which the stock has been moving since April 2009.
