Rebalancing of ASX indexes in Sept 2019 could also be a reason for recent buying in INA. Could be very close of being included in exclusive ASX 200 index.
$ 4.20.-- would be a great SP by Dec2019. I expect a Dividend of 12cts for next year and rising to 15cts over coming years which would give us a SP close to $ 5.--
