Yes $13 is easy to see down the track .. but probably several years. I reckon $20 in 4-5 years if the LNG project goes ahead (and that's without any takeover premium). In the near-term a FEED go-ahead should see it break $7 from current levels and maybe go as high as $8-$10 if the same upside is given to OSH as was implied in the Origin offer.
Good long-term gas play and short-term rerating and takeover play. Best in sector in that regard. I mean can you see WPL doubling in a year (I can see it adding another 50% if oil continues to climb!!)??
