WHAT IF..a smart coal company came along to do a deal
with Cougar,to purchase a large block of options at a discount
from Len..which they convert,that would give them an
extremely cheap entry level at scale.

They would be able to utilize a 'VERY LARGE' deep coal
resource,which is not on their current agenda..[in a JV]?

Also take a large slice of all that expertise in one well
timed pass..both parties would benefit immensely by a
move such as this.

This would solve the problem of direct invest owning
upwards of 20% of the shares.

Queensland is where the action will be for some time
to come.
