They are not 'moving' their plant, they have decided to build the commercial plant in SA on the Sapex aquired coal fields and keep the trial plant running with plant to expand in the future (most likely this is a way to tell the QLD government to sort out their sh|t or loose huge money).
CNX is already producing commercial quantities of syngas, there is no way the government will say "the CSG boys dont like how you produce more gas than them, time to shut you down".
Why is the market so full of chinese whispers?
