If a class action succeeds and a large settlement is required, wont the bankers pull the plug to get their money first?
I would have thought that franchises and shareholders might have a better chance if they go after other involved parties, as i would think that getting any money out of rfg in current financial state is a very long shot.
Keenly awaiting the results of ASICs investigations into short selling and audit quality in particular.
