I am also interested to find out more about cost of sales BUT in my experience, ,,a maunfacturing company's cost of sales are directly proportional to volume/sales,,,At the moment the will have fixed costs for the Plant,machienery,payroll,power, ect and as the sales/production increases so the cost of sales SHOULD come down,the more we produce the smaller the amount of fixed cost allocated to each unit of production, higher production=lower costs,by how much I have no idea BUT I assume as the volume improves so will our margins,,,,lets hope so..
