NO ONE can be so accurate in getting IN and OUT (technically) unless THEY are part of the syndicate WHO either KNOWS something or part of keeping the lid on SP by maneuvering the SP technically....means THEY should be capable of doing it.....meaning should have enough units of place on both sides.
