    I did notice i think that over the last couple of weeks / months COMSEC was NOT offering margin lending on MEO holdings but it seems that NOW COMSEC is offering margin lending lVR of 40%. DYOR but to me this says something about changing perceptions of MEO in the marketplace. DYOR.
