In general, the target for sell side analysis is to have buy ratings on 70% of the stocks in their coverage sphere, with 20% hold/neutral and 10% sell. Buy ratings on stocks encourage trading and are good for the brokerage business.
Also, Simply Wall Street (not Wall Street) is just an aggregator site that combines financial data and target prices. A large driver of that 26c price target is driven by the 50c target price from Oppenheimer that hasn’t been updated since Feb 2020 (when they were paid to roadshow and raise for LVT).
