They would have been able to leverage their remaining holding to buy most, if not all of their stake back from any decent private bank. They could do this without outplaying a personal dollar if they wanted. The fact that they hasn’t is telling,

I think the co is likely overly cheap. I still have it on my radar and would happily buy back at some point (and happily at prices higher than current). Investors should be eyes open to all points though in assessing the company.
