It’s not the lack of large clients, it’s the lack of decent numbers of large clients - 4 in 2 years. That is the whole problem - they demonstrably have the best product of its type globally and yet utterly inexplicably, they can’t sell it in numbers. And on that 1) They weren’t executing properly with sales even pre-Covid 2) Don’t accept management excuses blaming Covid for lack of sales - the Reach product was absolutely perfect for Covid and yet sales haven’t accelerated.
For some reason, the management just can’t sell the product - PERIOD!!
