It's a bad sign when companies wait until the absolute latest to publish their results. The $800K man, Andre, should have toured every store in Aust by now, started a root and branch survey of his products and sales methods. It would have been better to quickly strike the half-years, and come out strongly as to his approach for turnaround. We know that there are problems, but shareholders can't be left in the dark!
