The high staff turnover also seems to have hit their head office. AFAIK over 20 members of staff had left the head office in the first six months on the FY, i.e. before Mr Reich had taken the driving seat. This is excluding field staff.
The latest casualty is Mr Brendon Short - GM of Operations. Apparently a 'Resignation effective immediately'. Read between the lines.
There also seems be disagreements brewing in their other departments.
