Good points Mufintop.
I don't see CUP as a takeover target at all amidst the current FP industry shake up and educational changes resulting from the Royal Commission.
I suspect underneath a lot of poor practices and C and D type clients, there will be a wealth of profitable clients for the FP arm to look after ethically and profitably.
That is basically my point, the current share price takes little account of the ongoing profit lift from FP fees. A re-rating during the course of the may well be in the wings. I am happy to wait.
