I would think that the healthy view to take here is that any ucg project should stand on its merits, including funding ... if govt funding comes along the way, all the better. Personally, I'd be happier if I knew Len Walker was working on stand alone funding options free from the strings often attached with govt funding. But, we'll just have to wait n see.
