Thanks sell. Really appreciate it 

From the top 20 list you gave, the top 20 shareholders’ holdings add up to 379.4m shares. Divided by 537.4m shares in issue, that’s 70% of the shares held by the top 20 shareholders.  

From my experience, I use 80% of the shares held by the top 20 to tell me that the have had its fill, and the shares are with high conviction holders, and the float is anecdotally cornerned. While its good to see GS absorbing some shares, the shares are still loost and and the free float not tightened enough.  We still need some time to wait. 

This is a rough method that I use as a gauge. My assumption is the top 20 are a closed group who have done their homework, have the financial means and better access to information or know where to get access to the information flows. All this is IMO, of course.
