    A company can de-list, however there is very little regulatory cost in keeping it listed in Australia.

    The general rule is that Fluence need liquidity, that suits everybody as it allows instos to get in/out and makes the overall stock more attractive.

    If however having a dual listing is too expensive or onerous, with little benefit.. a company may choose to delist.

    Fluence may choose to do this later if the US investor base dwarfs the Australian investor base.. and liquidity is no longer an issue.

    Right now, they need every possible investor possible.

    So my opinion is that the chance of Fluence de-listing from the ASX any time soon would be very unlikely.
