The Entitlement is yours until you either sell the rights or don't pay before the closing date so no one lost their Entitlement shares before the closing date. BPay doesn't settle instantly and the prospectus mentioned to allow time for the BPay to go through. Any shares not taken up go into the shortfall which will be announced on Monday.
