Any one in the know has only limited opportunity to do any thing with that knowledge at these levels as there is unlikely to be any real volume come into the selling and that should hold true at levels below 12 to 15 cents in my opinion.

Tightly held and its largely those same holders that topped up in the recent small cap raise, so no reason to expect any premature dumping.

Any one liking this story as it unfolds has little choice but to line up on the buy side.
