At the moment there is only an "in principle agreement" to revise the mine plan with a Chinese consultancy group. This will not be a formal agreement until commercial terms are agreed. It is from that date that the revised plan will take 3 to 4 months. Revised mine plan will not be before May.

Go back to the announcement and re read the last para in relation to the MOA for the mine plan. With this context it is pretty clear.

The new mine plan it seems has been bumped a little by the arrival of our new director. He is a deal maker and it seems he is being given the time to revise the status quo to mix things up a bit.
