A day where the whole market is up close to 4%, the sp of a company who has announced spectacular results goes down - strange, isn't it ?

In the same day, the chairman of this same company retires, at the most exciting times, and justifies his move by saying he wants to spend more time with his family. If this was the case, how come didn't they organise a smooth transition with the new Chairman?
