I read in AFR (I think that one) a month or so ago that they believed there would be $600k in savings BEFORE even getting into integrating the companies, networks, and the like. I think you could add 20% to that $4.2M example without blinking.
Not a recommendation, and I don't believe everything papers say, however the transaction is sound. I would be surprised if this company exists in 2 to 3 years acually.
