Plus they already have over 50% in CVA.
Is interesting though, the though that BGL could be a target for a larger telco sometime. It's something I've considered and makes strategic sense to a few companies. Plus the price tag is relatively small compared to a good couple handfuls of listed telco stocks - at the moment.
