This is something the Chinese would be all over.
Looking at the case for potash moving forward this would be a strategic stake for some Govts to buy into to secure future supplies, like the chinese as private and state run entities seem to be the same thing.
Even with the Eritreans taking a stake in this and the sp falling from the heady days of old, it's still very cheap at current SP for such exposure to this type of deposit.
