I think your correct about the bluffing and the stand-off.
However my thoughts are that those not wishing to go Mega have already gone.
The game is between those who want in because they see SER as cheap entry price and those who will reluctantly sell at good money and make some profit. All imho.
Pleased to see price ticking up as to me indicates increased interest in graphite generally and the proposed Mega deal.
Not long now until long termers get their deserved rewards!!!
