What kind of guarantor threatens personal litigation for a facility which hasn't been fully exercised? It would be interesting to see the documentation the CBA has on the guarantee, 6 months before being called in, not even fully utilized, what we have here, ladies and gentlemen, is a failure to eventuate. The more detail which becomes available, the more it seems that under duress these officers and directors (without an independant director majority mind you) prematurely administered itself.
